This is a Japanese multi-media kit made by the great Model Factory Hiro.
It is now out of production.
This is one of their earlier full detail kit.
All in all this is a nice kit tough some details are incorrect, i.e. the refueling connector. Obviously it originates from a Tamiya 99T kit. The tub is an aluminium block with no inside detail just like on the MFH 97T. Latest MFH kits have a better designed tub providing more detail.
